We have updated our mission

I just want to give a quick shout-out to Angelina Bell who I’ve just spent the last hour and a half with talking about the Roadmap MBA. 🙌🏻

It’s amazing how through conversation a good coach can unlock things which were always there, but perhaps hidden. 😮

Even though I’m brave enough to livestream to 19k people twice every week, Angelina identified that I had been holding back on really promoting the business under fear of criticism or judgement from others.

I was doing the same with my mission.

Through only two conversations together, creating the pitch deck and also gaining feedback from our 1000+ users worldwide, I genuinely do believe that there is a gap in the market for what we’re trying to do and complete belief in the community mission behind it – bringing free business education to the world.

Previously our mission was “making business education accessible” … but Angelina helped me see that my goal is actually much bigger. 🤔

After reviewing the tagline of the well known Silicon Valley startups I want to emulate, our mission is now “making business education accessible for 5 billion people” …. reflecting our true ambition … and we actually have the plan to do it.

I no longer want to hide through playing it safe, or be scared to talk about our true ambition and what the end goal looks like. 🤯

Yes it is tough and yes there will be challenges, but I’m willing to fail as long as I know I’ve tried my best.

I’m also a convert on how having someone to talk to who can push you towards things which you might not have been brave enough to reach on your own. 📈
